Solution Proposal for the Actual Health Care system.

The MedShare Eco-System proposes the solution for the Actual Health Care System. The idea behind the system is quite easy. It uses Biblical principles that enhances the way the funds are distributed among users, the way it is saved and how it is delivered.

The actual problems are: 1) Expensive particular health care services. 2) Poor or lack of quality in governmental run health care services. 3) Censorship by governments and centralized authorities. 4) The prohibition to withdraw the money back if you no longer want the service. 5) No track of your personal funds.

To address some of the problems we make use of the Ethereum Blockchain. We created a Token that is stable pegged to the Silver XAG and backed up by Ethers and USDT (until now). In the future we also going to receive every country's currency that MedShare is serving. We take advantage of Biblical concepts that brings us the REAL UNIT OF VALUE which is based on Silver coins called in the past by shekel (pound) and the main currency coin was called half-shekel which weighs around 7.1g (a little handy coin) of silver. We know that in the Cryptographic world there is the difficulty of using digital currency to buy goods and use it in our daily life. So our goal is to install crypto/fiat cash machines in every hospital, medical centers and airports initially where there is still the need of bills for the market. We know that the world is changing and bills in paper are going to vanish. Everyone will have digital currencies. In this way MedShare coin will be backed by ethers, USDT's, fiat in the cash machines, deposits to bank accounts when using Credit/Debit Card on the website and we are studying the case of being exchanged on the main online exchanges (ie. Binance).

These cash machines will have their own currency backed system. It means that the user can only withdraw money if someone else has deposited notes there. It will work as a small exchange. It will accept the local currency and exchange them immediately. In example: one deposits USD's and receives back MDSC's (MedShare Coins). The price of each MDSC will be the up-to-date price of 7.1g of Silver. Then another person can withdraw at the same location USD's. If this machine is in New York, it will accept usd bills and can withdraw them to the next user.

The conversion to MDSC's is done internally without the need of any third party involved. In this way we addressed the problems that Cryptocurrencies have around volatility of the assets thus making the use of it for the daily life very difficult.

Deposits/transfers can be made using your Ethers or USDT's in the dApp, countries currencies on those cash machines, through Credit or Debit cards on the website and through good known online exchanges.

MedShare will provide an e-wallet that is typically a Crypto Address and transfers can be made inside the MedShare Eco-System.

Once the need for funds is detected, even to pay for a medical serious intervention or for a simple medical consultation the funds will be release for the person or for the partner health system directly (recommended).

If the funds does not meet the required amount to make the consultation or to pay in full for the expenses, then it goes to the use of the amount shared among the users of the same family. The family creator, the person of the most vote power a delegated account or authorized operator will then need to approve the expenses on behalf of the family. In general this kind of funds is sufficient to pay for this kind of emergencies.

It is based on the power of families and mutual trust.

Every person in the family group should invest in his/her own family monthly using a subscription. The more the better for him/her and ultimately for all the family.

Anyone can opt-out anytime and get back the funds invested (around 62%) excluding the amount shared with the family (10%), the fees (around 8%) and the universal shared funds (20%). In this way discouraging to get out of the system.
